Roast Pork and Pickled Cucumber Sandwich














Ingredients:

1 pound boneless pork loin

1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper

fit salt and dark pepper

1 cucumber, meagerly cut

3 tablespoons juice vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 teaspoons cocoa sugar

1/3 cup mayonnaise


4 Portuguese moves, split

Headings 

Heat stove to 450° F. Season the pork with the cayenne and ¼ teaspoon salt. Cook on a rimmed preparing sheet until a moment read thermometer embedded in the middle achieves 145° F, 20 to 25 minutes; daintily cut.

In the mean time, join the cucumber, vinegar, oil, cocoa sugar, and ¼ teaspoon every salt and dark pepper in a medium dish.

Partition the mayonnaise, pork, and cucumber among the rolls.
